This privacy statement applies to Adriatic Kamp and all its websites and other applications. This privacy statement describes how Adriatic Kamp collects and uses information that may include personal information it uses about our website and that includes, but is not limited to: www.adriatic-kamp.hr and / or any other website or application available via the Internet located in the subdomain of the adriatic-kamp.hr domain using a web browser, data transfer or e-mail communication from the domain or to the adriatic-kamp.hr domain. It also describes the choices available regarding the use of the user’s personal data and how the user can access and update that data.

This Privacy Statement is published on the website www.adriatic-kamp.hr and applies to all users of Adriatic Camp services in terms of privacy, especially in terms of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Croatia and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Collection and processing of personal data

In order to maintain the functionality of the website and enable the services that users request, Adriatic Kamp may collect and use users’ personal data on this website. Depending on the purpose, it is possible to collect your personal data via the website www.adriatic-kamp.hr, such as: name and surname, e-mail address, home or business address, telephone number…

By entering personal data in the fields provided for that purpose, you give your consent for the stated data to be used for the purpose for which they were given.

Adriatic Kamp collects information about your computer. This information may include your IP address, browser type, access time and website addresses.

Adriatic Kamp collects information about the client outside of this website, based on questionnaire forms with the consent of the client and for the purposes stated in these forms.

The collected data, as well as data obtained on the basis of providing services to clients and in performing business with an individual client, Adriatic Kamp processes for the purpose for which they were given, ie for the use of websites and services and to provide information about products or services that you can use. Adriatic Kamp can use this information to provide the user with a more efficient customer service, facilitate the use of the website by eliminating the need to frequently enter the same information or to adapt the website to personal preferences and interests.

Adriatic Kamp does not sell, rent or lease the list of users of its pages to third parties. In addition to the obligation of confidentiality, Adriatic Kamp may share anonymized data with trusted partners for certain purposes: making statistical analysis, providing customer support, organizing delivery or similar needs. Any such third party is prohibited from further processing personal data.

Adriatic Kamp hereby informs the user that he has the right to access all personal data, as well as their correction, the right to subsequently withdraw from previously given consents, in part or in full, and the right to object to the processing of personal data services.

The types of personal information we collect include:

Name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and home address, personal identification number.

The bank account number can be collected for the purpose of transferring money when paying the recipient by cash on delivery.

Employer information can be collected on a voluntary basis if the user chooses to deliver the shipment to the workplace. Videos can be collected in any of our premises. Videos are collected primarily to detect quality, security, and fraud. The video may show the license plate of your vehicle.

Credit card information (card type, credit card number, card name, expiration date, and security code) if credit card payment is offered for a particular service in accordance with credit card and credit card processor policies.

The user can always choose what personal information (if any) he wants to provide. However, if the user chooses not to provide certain details, this may affect some of the transactions with Adriatic Kamp.

Data we collect automatically

When using our website, we also collect information automatically, some of which may be personal information. This includes information such as language settings, IP address, location, device settings, device operating system, login information, usage time, requested URL, status report, user agent (browser version information), operating system, browsing history, the user of IF external services such as social networks (if the user agrees to this and expressly allows it) and the type of data viewed. We may also collect data automatically via cookies.

Data retention

We will retain user information, which may include personal information, as we deem necessary to provide the service, act in accordance with applicable laws, resolve disputes with any party and to ensure regular business and to detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activities.

Delivery data from our basic logistics computer system is archived (meaning that your personal data is deleted from the system) automatically after a period of 18 months counting from the month after the service was provided.

Videos are automatically deleted within 60 days of collection.

We keep all e-mails permanently or for at least 11 years because they may contain information related to the provision of services that could be important for tax and must be presented to the tax authorities in the Republic of Croatia. Email is an official form of communication and any request to correct, delete or change data in emails that could cause undeniable tax risks will be automatically denied.

Security of personal data

The website www.adriatic-kamp.hr protects personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Data on computer servers is stored in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
